On a typical call-out we plug in, pull the live and stored fault codes, and run a live-data trace to confirm what’s sensor and what’s actually broken. You get the readout, in plain English, and a quote before any spanner moves.
If it’s a sensor or a connector we can replace on-site, we’ll do it the same visit. If it’s a deeper internal fault that needs a workshop, we’ll tell you straight, no charge.
